摘要

在TBM掘进中,刀具磨损是制约施工效率和成本的重要因素,刀具异常损坏甚至会造成TBM卡钻,严重影响施工进度。因此,采用PFC颗粒流数值模拟方法,建立了两种可能造成切削齿异常损伤的模拟方案,研究了破岩的力学行为和破岩效率。另外,本文还分析了侵彻、岩体强度和刀具本身参数对刀具力的影响,并提出了相应的工程建议
