摘要

本文采用手持式近红外光谱仪对铁皮石斛干茎(铁皮风豆)的产地(中国浙江、云南和安徽)进行了鉴定。通过一阶导数和标准正态变量变换对原始数据进行预处理,以减少不必要的光谱变化,并建立偏最小二乘判别分析模型进行校准。结果表明,90%以上的种源得到了鉴定。因此,可以利用手持式近红外光谱仪对铁皮风豆的地理产地进行分类,进行有效的质量控制。
