Therefore, while making effective use of nuclear technology, it is very necessary to do a good job of risk identification and safety management and control. This paper is based on the risk matrix method proposed by the Australian and New Zealand standard “Risk Mangement, AS/NZS 4360:1999”, a qualitative risk assessment analysis method that can comprehensively assess the risk size of the possibility of hazard occurrence and the severity of injury. An attempt to carry out nuclear and radiation risk assessment in a city through the steps of risk source identification, risk possibility analysis, and risk consequence analysis. 摘要
