Indonesia Live Garment Districts Sragen both partialy and simultaneously. This research is quantitative research. Population in this study are all employess CV. Indonesia Live Garment Districts Sragen. The sampling technique that used is saturated sampling technique with 65 respondents. Primary data was obtained based on the results of the answer to the questionnaires distributed to the respondents. Analysis of the data in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination (R2) using SPSS version 26. The results of the study indicate that partially emotional intelligence and communication variables have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression coefficient value on variables of emotional intelligence (0,255) and communication (0,602) and t-value of the emotional intelligence variable (2,324) and communication (5,411). 摘要

本研究旨在探讨情绪智力和沟通对员工绩效简历的显著影响。印度尼西亚生活服装区部分和同时发展。这项研究是定量研究。本研究对象均为无业人员。印度尼西亚生活服装区。使用的抽样技术是饱和抽样技术,有65名受访者。主要数据是根据发放给受访者的问卷的回答结果获得的。本研究数据的分析采用多元线性回归分析、t检验、f检验和决定系数(R2),使用SPSS version 26。研究结果表明,部分情绪智力和沟通变量对员工绩效有显著影响,其中情绪智力和沟通变量的回归系数为0.255(0.602),情绪智力变量的t值为2324(2.324),沟通变量的t值为5411。同时,情绪智力和沟通变量影响员工绩效的f值(30,512)。
