摘要

为了满足双频红外探测的需求,本文提出了一种中短波双色红外焦平面读出电路的设计方案。主要设计了双色像素单元电路和工作模式切换电路,最后设计了面积为12.5 × 12.5mm2的双色红外焦平面读出电路芯片。测试结果表明,本文设计的芯片实现了双色读出功能,获得了良好的成像效果,输出摆幅范围为1.55~4.7V,输出帧频可达到60Hz,最大功耗小于200mW,动态范围约为79.8dB。
