Sejauh manakah keteladan dibutuhkan dalam proses pembelajaran berkelanjutan. Bagaimanakah perhitungan beban kerja guru dalam pengembangan keguruan berkelanjutan?. Hakikat profesi Guru sebagai manusia pebelajar sejati selayaknya disadari dalam mewarnai profesi untuk mengembangkan potensi diri insani. Kejelasan peran dan makna selama menjalankan profesi guru merupakan sebuah keniscayaan manakala habitus baru ingin dikembangkan dalam pola pembelajaran berbasis kekinian tanpa terus merasa ketinggalan. Upaya cerdas reposisi guru dengan mempertimbangkan beban kerja guru seharusnye mempertimbangkan beragam aspek elementer diantaranya Pemberian ruang luas berkreasi , profesi guru hakikatnya seorang seniman berobyek pemberdayaan manusia tanpa batas. Pembebasan belenggu administrasi menjadi kunci pokok reposisi beban kerja kerja guru pada aspek kekinian.
