摘要

本文从知识创新的角度分析产学研知识创新联盟的风险成因,认为产学研知识创新联盟的风险根源在于知识共享不足、知识外溢、知识转化升级不足,管理风险和利益风险是内部风险,市场风险和技术风险是外向型风险。借鉴前人的研究成果,建立了风险评价指标。根据研究的风险特点,通过理论分析,采用BP神经网络作为风险评价方法,利用MATLAB软件对调查数据进行处理,初步形成风险程度评价模型,最后进行实证论证。
