教师继续教育是教师教育发展的重要组成部分。有利于提高教师素质,促进教育改革。当前教师继续教育培训存在范围有限、培训目标缺失、培训质量难以持续等问题。本文介绍了当前教师教育存在的问题、学习特点和需求。在明确了微内容、微学习和微移动学习概念的基础上,分析了微移动学习在教师继续教育中的可行性,并从学习者的角度给出了教师继续教育中自主学习、探究学习和协作学习的结构图。
