Quality employees can work well if a good culture is created and will infect other employees. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on the quality of work of PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI) Sukabumi City. The method used in this research is the quantitative method, the population in this study were employees of PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI) Sukabumi City. A population of 57 respondents at PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI). The results of the f-test research on the organizational culture variable showed the calculated f value in this study was 7.234 with a significant value of 0.000, the significant value of 0.000 was smaller than 0.05 (0.000> 0.05). So it can be interpreted that the variable organizational culture has a positive effect on the quality of work for PT. 摘要
组织文化是一个公司需要关注的问题,因为它会影响员工的工作质量。如果创造了良好的文化,高素质的员工就能很好地工作,并会影响到其他员工。本研究旨在探讨组织文化对Sukabumi市PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI)工作品质的影响。本研究采用定量方法,研究对象为Sukabumi市PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI)的员工。Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI)的57名受访者。组织文化变量的f检验研究结果显示,本研究计算的f值为7.234,显著值为0.000,显著值0.000小于0.05 (0.000 bb0 0.05)。因此,可以解释为,可变的组织文化对苏卡umi市Citra Van Titipan PT.的工作质量有积极的影响。
