While in the business world, gamification could be implemented as a service in an enterprise information system which is used to engage employees to finish their work well. Since training is conducted to improve the quality of employees, the integration of gamification's implementation in training and working environment could make a better organization in the end. This paper explores related works on gamification design process, instructional learning design, collaborative working and then making a conceptual framework which implements gamification design in integration of online training and collaborative working environment.
