摘要

游戏化可以用来提高员工在在线培训环境中的学习动机。而在商业世界中,游戏化可以作为企业信息系统中的服务来实现,用于吸引员工更好地完成工作。既然培训是为了提高员工的素质,那么将培训中的游戏化实施与工作环境相结合,最终会使组织变得更好。本文对游戏化设计过程、教学学习设计、协同工作等方面的相关研究进行了探讨,并提出了一个将在线培训与协同工作环境相结合的实现游戏化设计的概念框架。提出的框架用于实现游戏化企业信息系统,支持印尼统计局的调查活动。

Gamification framework for designing online training and collaborative working system in Statistics Indonesia
