摘要

根据中国甘肃省酒泉地区大型风电建设规划,规划有2条750kV输电线路,4座变电站,将风电输送到负荷中心,全长1000多公里,称为河西输电走廊。为了提高河西走廊的输电能力,采用了固定串联补偿(FSC)。从选址、补偿程度等方面分析了金融稳定管理方案,并对金融稳定管理方案提出了建议。
