The goal of this work is to perform a bibliometric analysis to investigate the scientific production surrounding online reviews and the sale of home appliances from 2011 to 2022. We used the Scopus database to acquire primary data and the VOSviewer program to analyze the data and perform the bibliometric analysis to achieve the desired objective. The major findings revealed that the year 2021 delivered the greatest amount of scientific contributions and that the United States of America contributed the greatest number of articles overall. 摘要
