摘要

包括乌克兰在内的许多国家开始对可再生能源发电进行更严格的监管,以缓解电力失衡。因此,来自可再生能源的电力能源供应商被迫预测发电量,如果他们的预测与实际发电量不符,则要支付罚款。可再生能源供应商可以利用天气预报,并安装储能系统,以尽量减少罚款。本研究的主要目的是回顾常用的云量预报服务,在与实际太阳辐射比较的基础上计算这些服务的太阳辐射的不确定性区间,估计结合多个来源的预报数据以减少误差的机会,并分析电厂使用预报服务的利润。
