摘要

供应链风险管理是供应链管理领域一个新兴的重点课题。本文根据供应链风险源对供应链风险进行分类和细化,建立了风险评价指标体系。同时运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法构建风险评价模型,对风险指标进行量化。进而对供应链风险进行计算,为供应链风险评估和决策提供依据。
