In this paper we study the technology of creating an adaptive graphical editor of XML records to provide access to distributed heterogeneous information resources through graphical user WEB-interfaces. The methodology for creating user interfaces suitable for the structure and functionality of information sources is also described herein. The proposed XML record editor is able to visualize the full structure of an XML document as a screen form of an HTML page.
