Analysis and Comparison of Administrative Ecology and Information Ecology Theory: Concurrently Discuss the Strategies to Develop e-Government in China
Both Administrative Ecology and Information Ecology Theory adopt the concepts in Ecology and Systematology. They emphasize treating research objects as a single system, which is observed and studied in a relative environment. This is undoubtedly of great theoretical and practical importance in solving the unbalanced development of E-Government in China. This article firstly offers a theoretical review of administrative ecology and information ecology theories, then discusses some similarities and differences between the two theories after a brief analytic comparison. In the end, the article points out that these two theories may direct us to develop e-government in China.
