摘要

基于内容的图像检索技术在过去的几年中得到了广泛的研究。然而;目前很少有专门用于医学图像的系统,而随着数字医学图像数据库的增长,对基于内容的分析和检索工具的需求也在增加。为了研究描述符在血细胞图像检索中的性能,建立了基于内容的图像检索系统原型。本文对传统的全局颜色直方图和基于小波的方法进行了研究。此外,还分析了上述描述符的索引方法的性能。原型系统允许用户通过提供查询图像并从四种实现方法中选择一种进行搜索。研究目标是改进当前基于内容的图像检索技术。该方法能够在没有用户监督的情况下对图像数据库进行临床相关查询。
