According to the Turing Award winners statistical data from 1966 to 2009, this paper analyses some characters of their research activity, such as achievement, angle of innovation, research field, age, the winner s interest and etc. The conclusion is that the Turing Award emphasizes on primitive theoretical innovation, interdisciplinary and it embodies research advantage accumulation and teamwork. At the same time it shows that most winners performed their award winner work when young or at middle age.
