At the beginning, the article presents issues related to the subject of the need to analyze the quality of electricity. Then the phenomenon of “spectrum leakage” is discussed. For selected test signals, FFT spectral analysis was carried out using the MATLAB program. In the next part, a constructed measuring station is presented, which enabled the analysis of the considered phenomenon based on actual experimental research. In addition, for the same signals, a simulation test was carried out.
