Firstly, the Operating Deflection Shapes(ODS) image is obtained by frequency domain analysis of the vibration signals measured by evenly arranged measuring points, and then the texture features of ODS image can be extracted and analyzed by gray level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM). The results show that the working voltage of the reactor will only affect the vibration amplitude of the reactor surface, but will not affect the ODS distribution. And the amplitude of reactor surface vibration is directly proportional to the square of voltage. When the winding is loose, the texture features of ODS image on the reactor surface change. The Asm of the GLCM of ODS image increases, the Cor of the GLCM of ODS image decreases and the IDM of the GLCM of ODS image increases.
