The relevance of this problem is due to the fact that business ethics is necessary not only in the company's foreign economic relations, but also in building internal corporate relationships, the degree of development of which indicates the potential of building a rule of law state. The purpose of the study was to identify of patterns of development of business culture in the context of intercultural communications in the conditions of the region and Russia as a whole using certain research methods, which include: comparative approach, historical research methods, axiological approach. In the course of the study, the following conclusions were made: 1) modern science faces the problem of understanding the essence of business culture, its principles and conditions for the formation of Codes of Business Ethics both on the territory of individual regions and in relation to a specific business entity. 摘要
