Achieving sustainable self-esteem as the basis of a musician’s productive activity

the article discusses the phenomenon of young musicians’ assessment of their achievements. The article studies a stable self-esteem, capable of fulfilling a constructive function as the basis of productive activity, and unstable, exposed to fluctuations depending on circumstances, which become false reference point of personality development. By this logic the conditions and mechanisms for the formation of a stable self-esteem are determined. Psychotechnologies of self-knowledge and self-esteem have been developed to ensure the musician’s readiness for continuous improvement of professionalism and personal growth. As an example, it has been proved the conditionality of creative stage well-being by achieving a stable self-esteem.
