The main goal of the system is to obtain unity power factor, sinusoidal input currents and constant output voltage with a cheap design. The system chooses the switching patterns and their duty cycles on the basis of the output voltage error using a fuzzy logic feed-forward input currents controller. More in detail, it calculates the switching vector reference and determines the converter duty cycles pattern.
