AC drives are implemented using with field orientated control. The purpose of the tests is to determine the main static, dynamic and energy characteristics of drives, research and comparative analysis of control algorithms. Tests are carried out by the method of mutual loading using two identical AC motors and energy converters from the mechatronic complex of the excavator. Bench tests include identification of parameters of asynchronous motors, determination of static, dynamic and energy characteristics of drives in test modes and when simulating the excavation cycle.
