Mostly, Intensive Care Units (ICU) are closely monitored but issues, emergencies, and needs can arise even for a patient in general wards. Similarly, elderly people resting at home as well as people who suffered paralytic attacks their total or partial bodies become unable to move or speak. These people cannot be constantly monitored; thus, this system helps to solve their needs or emergencies on time. This system uses microcontroller technology and the 3-axis accelerometer (ADXL335). The systems of two major circuit sections: Transmitter and Receiver. The accelerometer senses the patient's hand motion/gesture, and the value gets transmitted by the transmitter.
