The paper firstly introduces the major process of low-temperature distribution center, and establishes the Petri Net of low-temperature distribution center based on the overall flow chart. Next, the paper decomposes the overall process into independent and purposive flow units, builds corresponding incidence matrix, and analyzes the relationship between different flow units through Petri Net. Then, we find out the flow units where “conflict” and “synchronous” coexisting, the paper analyzes the key flow units that influence the efficiency of overall flow and proposes optimization scheme for key units.
