The electrochemical behavior of the Ni–Cu alloy was investigated by means of linear voltammetry technique. Anodic treatment of nickel-copper alloy in ethaline was stated to enhance the electrocatalytic activity towards hydrogen evolution reaction in alkaline water electrolysis.
