The research sample consisted of 60 BPBD employees of Jember Regency, which was taken based on the census sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that workload, work-life quality, and organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on the performance of BPBD employees in Jember Regency. 摘要

本研究旨在分析日本地区灾害管理局(BPBD)工作负荷、工作生活品质、组织承诺对员工绩效的影响。研究样本为Jember Regency公司60名BPBD员工,采用人口普查抽样方法。数据采用多元线性回归分析。结果表明:工作量、工作生活质量和组织承诺对BPBD员工绩效有显著的正向影响。因此,BPBD Jember应该根据绩效标准设计工作量,改善物理工作环境的质量,让员工参与到每一次绩效改进讨论中,以增加组织承诺。关键词:组织承诺、绩效、工作-生活质量、工作量
