The limiter adopts a two-stage cascade design. The front-stage limiter uses a silicon-based diode to ensure the power capacity of the entire circuit. The final-stage limiter uses a GaAs diode to increase isolation and ensure fast response speed. The miniaturized broadband coupler is optimized by simulation, and the broadband coupling function is realized in a smaller size.
