摘要

为解决动车组实时轴温检测系统在动车组调试过程中调试效率低的问题,设计了动车组实时轴温系统自动测试装置。该装置基于实时轴温测试逻辑,可与数字调试平台进行数据交换,实现实时轴温检测系统的自动功能验证。本文介绍了该装置的总体功能,并对其硬件结构和软件功能的实现进行了详细的描述。现场试验结果表明,该装置能够满足动车组实时轴温测试系统对动车组自动调试的要求,能够有效优化调试流程,同时减少调试人员的投入。可以显著缩短动车组的生产周期,降低运行成本,提高生产效率和质量。
