The variables were defined using an anthropotechnological approach, a brainstorm with METRÔ-DF specialists and a misture of the usability criteria found in literature. The studied usability variables were: demographic elements; flexibility in the use of equipment; learning; efficiency and ease of use; autonomy; and social affinity. The main data obtained was the demographic profile of the user-clients and related information. ―Point of efficiency\" and ‗usability autonomy‘, presented the worst results in this research. Remarkable information presented itself to the authors, regarding the low compatibility between the respondents and the employees of such station.
