摘要

本文以林芝市完善教育作为绩效评估的对象。通过对一家完善的教育公司进行实地走访调查,运用访谈、问卷调查等方法,了解到该公司目前存在的问题,并找出问题产生的原因。为了开展员工进度审查,方便员工绩效考核管理,笔者完成了平衡计分卡的建立和关键绩效指标考核周期模型的构建。
