In addition, experiments are carried out to verify the reliability of the pump control logic of the laser under different pump configurations. 摘要

振荡放大型集成光纤激光器(OAIFL)综合了光纤激光振荡器和放大器抗反反射光性能好、转换效率高、非线性抑制能力强、结构紧凑等优点。本文在光纤激光器稳态速率方程的基础上,结合OAIFL的特殊边界条件,建立了OAIFL的速率方程模型。基于该模型,从理论上研究了泵浦结构、振荡段与放大段的光纤长度比以及输出耦合器光纤光栅的反射率对OAIFL输出特性的影响。此外,通过实验验证了不同泵浦配置下激光器泵浦控制逻辑的可靠性。结果表明,采用常规光纤激光放大器中不可避免的泵浦控制顺序,OAIFL仍能保持安全工作状态。
