摘要

通用继电器触点焊接失效与交流电弧侵蚀密切相关。本文首先对通用继电器的交流电弧行为进行了研究。给出了触点闭合和触点断开过程中电弧电压和电流的典型波形,并明确分析了触点波对电弧能量的影响。基于电耐久实验中触点开断时间和制热的退化过程,提出了通用继电器触点焊接失效的可能物理机制。

Experimental Investigation of Alternating Current Arc Behavior and Associated Contact Welding Failure for General-purpose Relay
