In modern conditions, the effectiveness of the development of the state's economy largely depends on human capital, which is the most important component of modern productive capital, which is represented by a rich stock of knowledge inherent in man and creative potential. It is noted that investment is the most important prerequisite for the production of human capital and has a number of features that distinguish them from other types of investment.
