The Realization Path of Digital Transformation of China's Economic Development Based on SWOT Analysis

With the rapid development and wide application of information technology, mobile Internet, cloud computing, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence have been gradually applied to the economy and become the key technologies of enterprise operation. SWOT analysis is a research method of enterprise competitive strategy. In essence, it is to summarize the internal and external conditions of the enterprise. It is conducive to scientific strategic analysis before expanding new business or making new investment and making sales plans, so as to improve the competitive advantage of enterprises. At the present stage, China's economic development tends to the new era of digital transformation, using SWOT analysis to deeply analyze the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced by enterprises in the digital economy environment. This paper introduces the characteristics or principles of SWOT work, and finally introduces its application in the context of digital transformation of China's economic development.
