摘要

1. 研究了N-(二乙基氨基乙基)-2-甲氧基-4-氨基-5-氯苯酰胺二盐酸(甲氧氯普胺)对狗胃和小肠运动的影响。胃内静脉注射甲氧氯普胺0.2 ~ 10mg/kg时,可产生轻微至中度的音调升高,并伴有胃蠕动振幅增大。当音调轻微升高时,胃内容物排空速度加快,而当音调明显升高时,胃内容物排空速度减慢。在小肠中,静脉给药0.2 ~ 20mg/kg的甲氧氯普胺最常产生兴奋作用,偶尔也观察到抑制作用或短暂抑制后兴奋。据推测,该药作用于肠外神经元件和/或肠肌,因为该药在切断肠外自主神经后的效果与切断神经前的效果相同。
