With a qualitative approach, the data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to public relations and volunteers of LAZIS Al-Ihsan, the Solo Raya branch. The results of this study indicate that from a financial perspective, LAZIS Al-Ihsan has sufficient growth, which is 44% from the previous year. 摘要
本研究旨在分析LAZIS Al-Ihsan,中爪哇,Solo Raya分公司的绩效。本研究采用定性方法,通过向LAZIS Al-Ihsan, Solo Raya分部的公关和志愿者分发问卷获得数据。本研究的结果表明,从财务角度来看,LAZIS Al-Ihsan有足够的增长,比上一年增长了44%。然后在LAZIS al - ihsan的内部业务角度来看,它一直按照伊斯兰教法原则运行运营活动,最后从成长和学习的角度来看,LAZIS Al-Ihsan已经有了一个培训计划,以提高志愿者的技能,使他们能够在自己的领域专业工作。关键词:平衡记分卡,LAZIS,绩效
