Substantiation of management decisions at the enterprise

The essence, basic concepts, characteristics of managerial work at the enterprise and to define its features are revealed; identified components of the management decision-making process at the enterprise. The organization of work of the manager for substantiation of administrative decisions at the enterprise of PJSC «Diprozvyazok» is estimated.
