With the extensive use of electrical equipment, arc fault has the features of randomness, which further increase the difficulty to recognize arc and set higher requirement on the performance of arc fault protection switch. In this paper, a comprehensive test system is developed to generate arc and study the characteristics of arc fault on the basis of integrated design and multi-threading technique. Then the effectiveness and credibility of arc fault simulation devices have been verified and the characteristics of arc fault are analyzed under different loads. Experiments show that characteristic of arc fault are influenced by the fault reasons and load in series. 摘要

电弧故障引起的异常和事故呈增长趋势,已成为电力系统中的社会公害。随着电气设备的广泛使用,电弧故障具有随机性的特点,进一步增加了电弧识别的难度,对电弧故障保护开关的性能提出了更高的要求。本文基于一体化设计和多线程技术,开发了电弧产生综合测试系统,研究了电弧故障的特征。验证了电弧故障模拟装置的有效性和可靠性,分析了不同负载下电弧故障的特征。实验表明,电弧故障特性受故障原因和负载的串联影响。该系统能够满足电弧故障保护开关研究的要求,为电弧故障检测技术的研究提供实验条件和数据支持。
