二极管激光器具有体积小、重量轻、效率高、寿命长等优点,在工业加工中得到了广泛的应用。目前,作为加工光源的激光器需要达到每平方厘米几十千瓦的功率密度,如何提高二极管激光器的功率输出并减小光斑成为一个关键问题。介绍了通过自行设计光束整形,利用光学系统对光束进行调光和聚焦,经过实验,由20条激光组成的808nm激光阵列最终实现了1001.5w的功率输出,光斑耦合效率达到90%,1×1mm2,使二极管激光器可以直接应用于熔覆、焊接等领域。
