From the data provided by 587 public servants at the Administrative units and Public non-business units, the structural equation model was applied to evaluate the impact of personality traits on three components of organisational commitment. The results showed a positive relationship between conscientiousness, extroversion, and agreeableness with multidimensional organisational commitment. Besides, openness to new experiences and neuroticism are negatively correlated with multidimensional organisational commitment. 摘要

本研究旨在分析人格特质对越南河内市人民委员会行政单位和公共非商业单位工作的公务员多维组织承诺的影响。本文以587名行政单位和公共非事业单位公务员为研究对象,运用结构方程模型评估人格特质对组织承诺三个组成部分的影响。结果表明,尽责性、外向性和亲和性与多维组织承诺呈正相关。此外,对新体验的开放性和神经质与多维组织承诺呈负相关。研究结果对河内市人民委员会的行政单位和公共非商业单位在未来增加公务员的组织承诺具有重要意义。
