Tunable Electro-Optical Metasurface Based on an Ultra-Strong Coupling Epsilon-Near-Zero System
We demonstrated a tunable electro-optical metasurface based on an ultra-strong coupling epsilon-near-zero indium tin oxide system. The formation mechanism of the Rabi splitting and the performance of the application have been analysed.
