摘要

本文给出了未来小学教师对学生社会能力形成准备的动机成分发展的实验研究结果,这决定了教师对教师职业的取向以及成功形成学生关键能力,特别是社会能力的有意识态度和动机。在一定的诊断仪器的基础上,给出了学生学习动机的初步结果,明确了学生学习动机的具体特征。提出了基于归因方法的未来教师动机域开发对小学生社会能力形成的实施方案。实验工作后,对未来小学教师动机准备成分形成水平对小学生社会能力形成的诊断性评价结果证明了其有效性。
