Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimen di laboratorium dengan menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan dua: faktor 1 massa limbah jamur merang (Limbah jamur merang lama 600 gr dan limbah jamur merang baru 600 gr) dan faktor 2 volume pupuk organik cair (masing-masing 1L).
