In this paper is presented a noninvasive low cost health care system for Neurological Disorders Screening and Rehabilitation that can be used by doctors and patients, and also for research purposes. The system can assist the doctors/medical experts in monitoring, screening and rehabilitation of patients with Parkinson's disease or other Neurological Disorders, leading to an early and efficient diagnosis.
