Specifically, the functions of parking space management (unlocking and locking) and parking space status detection are realized through the license plate intelligent recognition technology, and the information interaction with the background cloud server and the mobile APP provides necessary data information for the system operation. In addition, a platform for parking space rental is provided for users, so that they can rent parking spaces, inquire about the number of idle parking spaces, automatically settle accounts, navigate parking spaces and other functions through the mobile APP. 摘要

随着国民经济的发展,城市居民汽车数量急剧增加,在拥挤的商业中心甚至中小城市,停车场供需矛盾日益突出。针对车位供需失衡、室外停车难、停车费时等问题,本研究设计了一种智能车位共享系统,利用物联网云平台将车主与闲置车位资源连接起来,实现资源共享,产生经济效益。具体而言,通过车牌智能识别技术实现车位管理(开锁)、车位状态检测等功能,并与后台云服务器、手机APP进行信息交互,为系统运行提供必要的数据信息。此外,为用户提供车位租赁平台,通过手机APP可以实现车位租赁、闲置车位查询、自动结算、车位导航等功能。该项目可以极大地改变当前社会停车位利用率低的现状,减少因找车位而造成的交通拥堵、停车难等问题。并为出租人带来额外的好处,实现双赢。
