This method can reduce the distortion rate, ensure the objective reliability of the results, and achieve the quantitative evaluation and classification of the hazard sources of power transmission and distribution equipment. 摘要

针对传统LEC过于主观、缺乏综合评价和普适性等问题,本文提出了一种引入风险控制因素的改进LEC方法,综合运用人、物、环境、管理四要素,充分考虑电力系统的社会经济因素。该方法可以降低失真率,保证结果的客观可靠性,实现输配电设备危险源的定量评价和分类。最后,结合新疆电网以往事故案例数据对该方法进行了验证,为输变配电设备安全评价提供了新的思路。
