摘要

针对具有状态检测的设备,研究了检测间隔和备件库存策略的联合优化方法。首先,引入了定期检测策略,在此基础上分析了备件消耗和供应过程;其次,对维修保障成本结构进行了分解,建立了维修保障总成本的数学模型;再次,提出了一种可联合优化定期检查间隔、备件最大库存量和订货间隔的仿真方法;最后,给出了一个数值算例,验证了上述优化方法和模型。
