There is a paucity of neoplastic B cells constituting < 10% of tumor and an abundance of population of non-neoplastic T cells and histiocytes. Most of the patients presents with mainly lymphadenopathy with frequent bone marrow and reticuloendothelial organ infiltration. It affects mainly middle-aged men.
